No surprise really poor to choose him in the first place.

He didnt get any real money to buy or bring in quality, they sold or let go some of the better players from last season.

I live not far from Plymouth and know a number of fans who think the same. The owners don?t have the many millions you need just to stay up !!

I take no satisfaction in Wayne Rooney being sacked but it did seem inevitable. Plymouth are suffering from 2nd season championship syndrome just as we did last season. Plymouth, whilst having decent crowds, better than us anyway, are finding out how we smaller clubs have next to no chance of doing well in the championship on a regular basis, but Rooney wasn't sacked on results alone, the manner of quite a few of the recent defeats will have had a lot to do with that.
