Considering someone thought it was ok to sign a striker who was crocked when signing, I have to say I haven't much faith in them!

Most managers I'd imagine, would be prudent enough not to use them all in one go with almost half an hour left for exactly what happened in the game when he was injured. He was forced to try and keep him on thus, potentially, worsening the injury. I have no idea if the injury was impacted but it can't have done any good.

Who was the crocked striker? Morias?

More importantly do you have faith in the owners?

"Trainer", you mean the physio who is qualified a medical professional. If it was felt he could walk it off, he was probably given a few minutes to see what happened, him walking around for a few minutes did not make the injury worse, the initial damage was already done

The owners would have gone on the recommendation of the head of recruitment. Faith in the owners is just fishing.

Sounds right, I imagine the recruitment team identify a player, puts it to the board/owners for consideration. If given green light (finances), club then approach other club/agent and if it proceeds then after an examination the medical team then report back to the recruitment team whether the club should/can sign the player.

Imagine it is rare that any club signs an injured player and if they do the assessment is that it is only short term so inconsequential on a long term contract

So, are you saying that going down to 10 men for last 30mins had nothing to do with not taking Scott off ?

That's true, i distinctly remember, it was centre of the pitch towards the HG stand, CD pulled up and shouted to the bench, LW did see this as i saw him look, we all said if he comes off we are down to 10, he didn't come off.
