Good to get some cash for someone that clearly doesn't want to be at Notts anymore. However it shows very little ambition on his part to go to MK which is purely for the ???? pay rise.

Great on his day but also poor when not. His ball greediness of late has annoyed the hell out of me when there's been a pass on.

I said when he signed, the Morecambe players said he was a ball greedy b@stard & wouldn't pass.

Has he got the same Agent as Langstaff?

There's a reason he got released by Arsenal & never played higher than L1 with a struggling club then given a free transfer by them & now plying his trade in L2 & possibly in the future

He played a full season at Birmingham in the championship but agree considering his ability he hasn?t got something right to end up in L2. Grealish said he was the best player in the Villa academy, what a difference in the paths they?ve taken.

Lack of ambition by owners IMO why would you when you?ve an absolute great chance of getting out of the division this year?
Imagine if we sold him to MK and they pipped us by a point in to the autos or play offs.
I?m sorry but you don?t sell one of your better players to a promotion rival it?s something that?s just not done.

They will finish a good few points above us. They will have a partnership with AN and DC already established!! Cant make a player stay if he is set on moving but to let him go to major rivals is a very worrying move. Promotion is not the first priority for the Bros and therein lies the disconnect with fans aspirations, also shackles the management team. Have to feel for them too if Crowley goes. I can understand the criticism but for all that he is still our most creative player, even on a bad day.

Selling to a promotion rival is always disappointing, no matter the circumstances. It weakens the team - it does not strengthen it.

He does not want to stay? Fine - but he needs to be adequately replaced or else we will be left weaker (again).

I?ll take a guess and say it?s nothing to do with the model. I?m pretty sure we?ve put in a contract offer but I imagine their offering around 5k plus a week and I?d hazard a guess we won?t go much over 3k.
So if they?re the only ones willing to do that what can we do? IF and a big IF he stunk the place out if we didn?t let let him go it?s no good for the club or the team as much as it absolutely grates me to sell to a rival.

I know he wouldn't be a direct replacement, but if DC leaves i'd love to see us sign Jack Stevens from Solihull.

If we signed him them McGoldrick might be able to drop back as experienced cover when needed (as Stevens would be cover for Jatta). Plus we'd have Jarvis, Whitaker and Grant to cover the DC role.

On his day Dan is brilliant to watch & a true game changer, possibly the best in this league, I will miss him. However as others have said he often seemed to be playing for himself & could be very frustrating for fans & I suspect team mates & manager so providing we get a good replacement (we possibly already have) I am more worried about the impact this may have on MK than us. If they can get him playing consistently well for their team that could be another automatic place gone making our promotion push that much harder, I understand what Radar are trying to achieve & if the ???s being mentioned are about right it's not to be sniffed at when he could leave for nowt at the end of the season, but selling to a direct competitor is risky, I hope it pays off.
