I don?t think we?ve seen enough of Grant or Edwards to make much of a judgment on either of them either way. Both sort of like new signings.

No he hasn't, there was the usual "He's having a medical today at MK" was on a FB page earlier

It's not unknown for deals to stall at the Medical. Chance for the buyer to get a fair % off, if they think the seller's desperate

Which I wouldn't imagine we are?

The buyer might be looking at the time left on the contract and ask who are we bidding against...but selling to a promotion rival shouldn't come with discounts. You'd like to think we'd walk away if that was the case

You can?t argue with true recruitment. Signed Wootton , let his contract run out, signed Langstaff and Scott to replace. Signed Jatta for circa ?125K to replace the likely departing Langstaff who we sold for ?750K.

Signed Ruben, let his contract run out got promoted , replaced him with free signing Crowley. Sell Crowley for circa ?300K. Signed Jarvis.

Signed Nemane, sold for a fee.

Appointed Burchnall, received compensation when he left. Appointed Williams, received compensation when he left.

    I?m spotting a trend.

So how do you like the apples?

Football wise in the short term we lose out no doubt, but we don?t long term. The above example prove our recruitment can replace big name departures. If the rumoured ?300K is true then it?s crazy money. You can?t turn that down promotion rival or not

Exactly. Let?s never forget back to those days. As northpie says let the experts get on with it their track record shows they know why they are doing

Just wish this to be done and dusted so we can then get on with the players we know we have in the building!

Puzzles me why Crowley was only given a 2 year deal
