I wanted Evans to come back but let?s be honest, any fool could see that our tactics were extremely poor in the first part of the season. There were a couple of decent games against Huddersfield and Reading but some of the away games were dire. If they carried on like that then he would have been sacked.

Credit to Evans, puts Cam in midfield (thinking outside the box literally), making McDonald and Macwilliams regulars is good management.

Hopefully Macwilliams isn?t out too long because even though people slag him off, we are getting results when he plays.

Maybe for pointing out that his dinosaur hoofball tactics weren't working?
Strange that it's taken a professional football manager half a season to realise that and make changes that might have a chance of working.
Maybe it's him who should be apologising to the supporters for making them suffer for so long.
Mellow I agree with you nobody has to apologise to SE. That said I do think he should get a bit more credit now on the post match thread.
If he was to blame when we were losing and playing awful then he should get the credit now.
I did chuckle though seeing you called a Troll as imo you are one of the more moderate and sensible posters on here. Well apart from me that is 😉

Pocket I learned a long time ago, probably when I was a little kid in the playground at primary school, not to worry too much about being called names particularly by people who rarely have anything constructive to say like the original poster.
You're right, Evans deserves a bit of credit for finally realising that something needed to change to improve the useless stuff we were seeing in the first half of the season but no-one needs to apologise for pointing that out to him regardless of how forcibly they may have expressed their views.
Let's just hope a corner has been turned and we continue to improve.........maybe a few 2-1 wins wouldn't go amiss 😉😎.

"Rarely has anything constructive to say"......the irony from someone who has constantly berated SE. Humble pie time. But I am sure youll be poised to wade back in the minute we dont win. I'll be watching

Mellow, we should not waste time trying to rationalise with the irrational poster.

Mellow, evans scuttled off straight down the tunnel so he could gloat on the radio. You won?t get an apology from him.
I?d say the original is more like those he tries to call out. The wise always say, the truth hurts.

Me! I’ll stand up and apologise wouldn’t call myself a troll but I am an Evans fan and was chuffed when he came back but there’s no denying the football was dire first half of season however I came out of NYS with a skip in my step probably the first time in a couple of years at what I’d just seen not just the result but the manner of it probably going over the top at the dregs we’d seen but some of the football was adelight and the team doing the mucky stuff defending in numbers and working for each other great to see
As said above this will quicklime go pear shaped unless we get some reinforcements in, having said that I still think the likes of Kelly and JCH have a part to play

    Should I be worried?
By the way, when you're talking about trolls do you ever look in the mirror?

I?m still not keen on him as a person. Think he?s an arrogant bloke with a chip on his shoulder who talks himself up while throwing players under the bus.
Doesn?t mean I don?t enjoy seeing us winning games and scoring goals. I support us good and bad.
Not sure how that makes me a troll. It?s my own personal opinion.

Here’s the other troll. Weekend spoilt because you can’t stick the knife in. UTM
