I agree with Warsop that giving him a 4 month extension might have made sense.
We do now seem to have a lot of coverage in that area though.
It is possible of course that Josh wanted more than that. He is now available to other clubs and was prepared to take a chance?? MK Dons??😊
I wish we had kept him on whilst the other lads settle in.
Quite a few actually NW
Agree with Tsanho, our standard for a regular start in a No. 10 shirt cannot be 'a few nice touches' if we're serious about promotion.
From whoever gets that shirt we need goals, assists, shots on target, shots off target, key passes, dribbles, we can't only ask that of Didzy.
If this in ITK we'd be better off with ITD (in the dark) in this case. A 10 min sub appearance, an interview where he said the first training session was tough. Give someone a chance. There's no need anyway to connect the departure with the arrival - they're separate cases which will be based on a lot of different information.
Slightly worrying that this information has clearly been given to the poster by one of the players though. I may be wrong, but hasn't he got Jodi Jones as a contact? If the players think Jarvis is significantly behind Tsaroulla and Martin, that's not a great start.
Martin had one good game, away at Cheltenham. Not good enough really for an extension. Maybe he was asked to play at Cheltenham in a different position to the other games he had played in?? If that was the case beggars belief as to why he wasn't given a longer run in that position.
Obviously the coaching team see him every day in training
Barking up the wrong tree there
I know a few people in the game so hear the occasional bit of news
Things seem to have been overblown since I said that Jarvis was behind Tsaroulla in the pecking order for the starting eleven at present
Nick Tsaroulla has been one of our best attacking players this season
Jarvis said himself he found the first training session tough and that he hasn't played many games this term
Hopefully once he gets up to speed he'll be fine
I also sympathised with Josh Martin's departure
He'd got himself fit after joining us following a period without a club training on his own in a local park
Martin was match fit again when we let him go
A shame, but that's football

Pray to god a club in L1 or championship doesn’t get in touch with Tottenham and they recall him only to send him back out for the rest of the season.
