Reported to have agreed a fee with Leicester City, to sign striker Tom Cannon, with a bid
of 13m pounds, including bonuses accepted.
The Blades have to agree personal terms with the player.

Tom Cannon has been on loan at Stoke City, where he has scored 9 goals in 22 games,
before being recalled by his parent club.

Sheffield United reported to be in talks to sign Alex Oxlade Chamberlain.

Sheffield United also looking to bring in Southampton FC player Shea Charles on loan,
after the Saints recalled the player from his loan at Sheffield Wednesday.
The Owls wanted to keep the player on loan, so if the Blades sign the player on loan,
it will be one over their steel city rivals.

Birmingham City close to signing 27 year-old Hannover centre-back Phil Neumann,
the player has already had a medical, but there is a stumbling block on the fee.
Birmingham City had a 3.4 million pounds offer turned down for the player last summer,
with Hannover still holding out for 4 million pounds.

It would seem Hannover have dropped a goolie, with not accepting a offer from
Birmingham City.
Turns out the contract Phil Neumann has with the club, runs out in the summer 2025,
so the player can talk to other clubs, from now January 2025.
Been reported Neumann has now agreed a pre-contract agreement with Birmingham
City for the 2025-26 season.
With Hannover holding out for money now, they lose the player for nothing.

The player will be out of contract at Bundesliga 2 side Hannover 96 in the summer 2025.

Hannover 96 have shot themselves in the foot, after not accepting a 3.4 million pounds offer
from Birmingham City, after holding out for 4 million pounds.

So now the player leaves the club for nothing.

How can a club afford to lose 3.4 million pounds from the coffers, surely the shareholders will
want answers.
