If my understanding is correct a Championship side can only sign 4 foreign players per season which already have in Heggem, Frabotta, Diakite and Racic. So unless we lose 1 we can't sign another.
There is a thing called GBE (look it up if you want to know more) which unsurprisingly massively favours the big clubs in the Prem when it comes to signing players.

Let's hope that the rumours are correct about Racic leaving the club. He hasn't endeared himself to the fans since he's been here and even yesterday when coming into a winning side, he was poor again when he made an appearance.

He was born in Bury. He's as Hungarian as I am Scottish due to my granddad on my Irish mom's side being born in Motherwell.
Although I might add that I did at least visit Scotland for the first time when I was far younger than Callum was when he first visited Hungary...... post Covid 😉.

I was told years ago that I had a distant aunt, cousin or some such that had to leave Ireland in disgrace. I never knew the woman, it was before I was born. Who knows, I could be some far distant relation of Dubbag……..!!!!
