It seems to take an awful long time before "being on the grass" progresses to them being in the squad.

The other player who is now fit allegedly is Tresor.He's supposed to be a good player but he wasn't in the squad for the Sunderland game.Can
somebody please enlighten me as to what exactly is the problem with this guy.

He doesn't want to rush things so he moves the injured players from the "grass" to the physio then back to the "grass" where he might feint a move onto the bench but instead sends them back to the physio or the gym. The players get so used to this that when they are eventually allowed to play they treat the ball with the same caution.
