I realise that achieving the best performances possible is a more pertinent Job Description key area, but I was pleased to hear that attribute about him.
I listened to one of the videos soulman posted and he said the women in the can**** was still there whom he remembered as well as one of the maintenance guys sweeping the training ground.
That I admire in a person more then anything else. It's humility at it's best. Love it.
