It was indeed, a game where Southampton had messrs Sharer and LeTissier playing up front but neither scored. They could do with them again this year. Easy mistake to make, both teams playing in red and white striped shirts. So, following two more defeats (certainly one of which they would have hoped to win against a hapless manchester reds), what chance they snatching our 11 point record? is it too early to hope, or is it something we want to keep?

Didn't we smash them 5 nil the 1st game of the season after Cox first spent some of lionels money on the likes if kitson and short etc? We thought we'd walk it, but proved somewhat different

    1-3 defeat.
Seriously bad news. Could be the final nail. Was it Napoleon who said he’d rather have a lucky General than a good one?
Think we all have to admit that PW has been seriously unlucky with injuries.

    Clear handball. Sky commentators blind!
Good effort, but a tough relegation battle on the cards now, toooo many injuries.
    Striker looks good, has presence

Exactly. Injuries, so many hamstrings. Coincidence, coaching or cursed?

Agree about the Viking. Most encouraging thing for a while and certainly this evening.
