    Plymouth bid 750k for Jatta

Apologies if posted elsewhere. Notts said to be holding out for 1m, Bolton and Portsmouth also interested.

It's the last story on this round up:

Wow - if true that would be a very healthy profit in a short space of time. Short term very disruptive but we have to trust Radar to find another gem and we'd have money to spend to strengthen other areas as well. I'm sure some will be bleating about throwing away promotion and it could certainly be a risk but that sort of money would be hard to turn down. Not long until end of the window but I expect we've a file of possible replacements.

Jatta just needs to look at Macca making the jump to the Championship to show the grass isn't always greener although the money is.

The article says we are holding out for over a million which says to me we are prepared to sell him now
I don't see how a club in our position can turn that sort of money down

Whilst I support the model this is not a time to consider an offer unless it?s absolutely ridiculous, I.e 2m plus, we haven?t even got enough strikers at the moment nevermind losing him.

I don't think a league 2 club could possibly turn down circa ?1m for pretty much any player.

As others have said, you can only hope that the radar has someone else in mind to fill the void should he leave.

You always have to be prepared to sell, with the exception of a handful of clubs at the top of the Premier League.

That?s a lot of money to turn down, but if it starts getting into seven figures then it starts becoming very difficult.

It actually says More Than a million.
What would he be worth at the end of the season with a promotion under his belt? I would hang in to him for a bit.

I'd take 1 million + for Jatta and have Langstaff for 6 months!

Love the big man, but think he's quite raw for the Championship.
