Agreed. Be an awkward time to lose him, and difficult to sign a replacement, but there's no way we could turn that sort of money down.

It would however be devastating to lose Jatta at this stage and I honestly don?t think we?d be able to replace what he gives us (this window at least). 1m+ or not, I?m not ok with this one. Williams, Nemane, Langstaff, Crowley weren?t too hard to understand and get over but this would really hurt.

I agree Nate. We can't replace Jatta as forwards like him are in short supply. It would be a massive blow. We've made some decent money recently, can't we offer him improved terms instead?

Perhaps the Kion Etete rumours are true and he is being lined up as a replacement?

Shirly we don't need the cashflow that desperately? Keep him for now, if we get promoted then reassess, if we don't then in all likelihood sell.

Of course, this is yet more evidence of our strategy working. My only concern is that one day, we'll fail to replace a star player and end up weaker. So far, we've managed to replace Wootton with Langstaff, and Langstaff with Jatta. That's remarkable recruitment. But what if the next one is a flop?

Exactly my feelings and I was laughed at for expressing the opinion, it's depressing and having the heart, ripped from the team, will cost us promotion, just ridiculous.
