Wasn?t at least one of them actually full time before but SM wasn?t? I think the fact they have not been at the club last week if it?s to be believed probably suggests there?s a bit more to it.

    From the OS...

Matt Saunders has left the club by mutual agreement in order to pursue other opportunities.

Matt arrived at Meadow Lane alongside head coach Stuart Maynard in January 2024 and leaves with the club’s best wishes.

Maynard said: “I’d like to thank Matty for all the support he’s given me, not only during our time at Notts but also Wealdstone. I wish him the best of luck with the next step of his career.”

The club would like to acknowledge the significant role Matty has played in getting the team to the exciting position it finds itself in and is grateful for his hard work and dedication.

First team coach, Craig Saunders, will also be leaving to support Matt in his next role. The club also expresses their thanks to Craig and wishes him the best of luck for the future.

The assistant head coach role will be taken by first team coach, Joao Alves.
