Nelmsy offering dabs a ground share.....again.

Nelms was giving a presentation to the Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday 15th January 2025 headed Campy Nou more than a football ground. https://www.dundeeandanguschamber.co...tball-stadium-
This presentation was promoted by Dundee Football Club despite Dundee Football Club only being tenants if this new stadium is ever built.
In my opinion the presentation should have been promoted by Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited.
The timing of Nelms?s presentation is interesting and more delaying tactics especially as there is an article by Michael Grant in last Sunday?s Sunday Times newspaper which states that the hearing for the planning application for the new stadium development at Camperdown destined for this month has been delayed until March.
The same article states that this summer Dundee Football Club will leave Gardyne and flit to its own new training complex at the city?s Riverside. Does anyone know if work has commenced on the new Dundee FC Community Trust training complex.
When Planning Permission in Principle was granted I read that the Community Trust had three years to build the complex and Dundee City Council would decide when the work could commence.
This might have something to do with environmental health rules.
It will be Tannadice unless the entrenched rights of A shares are used to block this move.
This is why FPS and Nelms in particular was determined to purchase all the Dundee Football Club Limited A shares held by Dee4life for the derisory sum of ?8,000 later increased to ?10,000.
The Dabs ground sharing at Campy Nou would cause traffic chaos on the Kingsway every week during the season instead of once every two weeks if only Dundee FC play their home games there.
It is a pity that there was no report of the event on the Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce website as it would be interesting to know if Nelms explained how he was going to source the funding for the reported ?95 million cost of his project. Perhaps he has a ‘magic money tree’.
