Macca, big blow and his careers is now in reverse but again time was running out for us, however Jatta is a step too far though and the " model " simply won't be able to replace him in time to push for promotion. So no please no
Some people are short sighted..! Say we do sell him because we had an offer we couldn't refuse, it doesnt mean that's the end of the road..! Radar goes out identifies a replacement and then we go and buy him.The Truth is we don't rush in like fools and panic buy anymore. We consolidate and go again when all the requisite checks have been done. It seems to be working so far.!

Those who are seemingly confident wed get a decent replacement in have apparently forgotten that we spent the entire summer looking for another striker and ended up with Jevani Brown.

So why can't that happen in L1?
I would argue that not seeing the benefits of promotion is in itself short-sighted.

It is the old divide rearing its head again - some people on here would quite happily watch 11 traffic cones as long as they were black and white - results are irrelevant as long as there *is a club to support* and will defend everything and anything the club does. Others will not. There is not really a middle ground.

It remains to be seen what will happen with AJ, but in my opinion, selling him at this moment would be entirely the wrong decision.

Like selling Langstaff in the close season?

YAWN! (BTW I already responded to a question on the use of the word bleating).

Could you perhaps give us a few more words to describe the other side of the old divide?

I don?t want us to sell him because I am a big fan from what I have seen but it would only be entirely the wrong decision if no immediate replacement was lined up but that won?t happen. One of the things we do know about the club nowadays is they are very proactive

I think Jatta is a good player and I?d be sorry to see him go but I?ve got real doubts about his ability to play at championship level, that?s a whole other ball game to where he is at the minute. If we could get a million (sounds daft even saying that) for him and bring Macca in on loan for the rest of the season, whilst trusting the radar to replace in the summer, I?d snap your hand off.

Macca, in front of this defence and midfield and alongside Didzy as a front two, would have an absolute field day.
We would still need another striker.
