    It winds me up when families live on takeaways, costs a fortune.
    Fresh veg again cheap cuts of meat can be batchet cooked. Just a bit of effort.
    But you can't educate dripping.

    The pictures on here are crap, but the taste is like coming out of the pubs in the 70's takes a bit of work, but you know what you are eating.

    I watched a programme from New York about why so many people use delivery apps to get chuck out food as they don't have time to do their own.
    It timed it from ordering to delivery. It turned out slower than the Chicken and Chirizo Tagliatelli than i did earlier that night. I did use fresh pasta but dried only takes 10 mins more to cook.
    It's just laziness if you ask me

    The local markets are great. Some reckon they are expensive but you don?t have to buy 2 kg of carrots in a pre packed plastic bag just by what you know you are going to eat.
    A coully, a cabbage, a couple of leeks etc.

    It stays much fresher if you buy from a local grower than a supermarket.

    Just plan what your meals are going to be and get only that.
