Also I understand that when SM arrived that the 3 of them were sharing accommodation (or at least close by). So if SM has not moved up here with his family (and maybe he has?) then he is going to feel pretty lonely and isolated for 4 or 5 nights a week.
He is going to need a lot of support all round.
I think he?ll be alright. There?s a few more who?ll buy him a pint now than a year ago.

I think when the club says that someone has played a "significant role", and the manager thanks them for all their help at two successive clubs, it's a bit more than a 'go through the motions' message.

Now granted, I think we have particularly classy owners who probably are more polite and liable to say nice things than others, so maybe this is just their standard departure message, but I can't help thinking fans just love creating rumours of backroom strife where none necessarily exist.

Perhaps after twenty years and many previous owners where stories of backroom fallouts probably were true, Notts fans are still struggling with withdrawal symptoms from all the drama and and have to fill the boredom and endless stability of the past five years with something!

well I for 1 appreciate the bts itk gossip on here because I don't do X and it's frustrating hearing the gossip from there being alluded to here and on YT without knowing what's being said.

Of course, many of the itk ers aren't really itk and just want the glory/attention, but that's ok. Strikes me there's at least 1 real itk on here, but I won't say who I think it is as it might unsettle the fragile MAD ecosystem.

this is a great overview and should be pinned to all departure threads from now on. The only thing maybe not mentioned is the choice of pic to go with the message - Dan Crowley's sullen mug one the other week was no accident, imo.

And by treating those on this board with the same language your posts are as clear as your user name. At least expand your and your son's vocabulary to FLAs.
