I feel certain that when descriptions of someone that the police are looking for, or warning about, that details of skin colour/likely ethnicity are included.

It maybe that once people were misguidedly reluctant to refer to skin colour in such cases. I doubt that’s the case any longer and I certainly haven’t noticed any recent reticence to attach ethnic labels where discussion of grooming gangs has been concerned.
There?s no point in providing evidence because it?s observational/anecdotal and all that happens with that (from me) is that you and our foul mouthed friend discredit it, I stand by it and we end up pisding everyone off with a squabble. So I suggest you just become a bit more observant, we both pick up the same news feeds
