Thread: Raggett

Never understood the hype over Raggett.
Yes he is a handful at corners but with the ball at his feet he is a flat-footed liability

Showed that with his poor attempt to stop their player from scoring.

Wasn't all down to Raggett their goal got abit of a ricochet off him to get through then Jules looked slow to react.

Raggett should have gone in harder instead of powder puff like. It was as though he was scared of getting hurt. Had that been MacDonald going in there the outcome would have been a lot different.

Indeed it did and well done Evans for taking the prompt action to make it happen.

Brin I don't think we're far off a play-off side if we can get 2 signings the quality of Sibley. Need a versatile right sided player who could cover right back. Abit more height up front we're missing.

Brin watch the replay of the goal. Raggett didn't get to the ball, the attacker poked it towards him and it bounced off him And bounced kindly back into his path. Harsh blaming anyone for the goal imo
Mcd. It was the tackle that made Evans sub McDonald. He instantly held his hip. Struggled after that.

Yrs pal i saw the bobble but it looked like a none effort from the north stand. If that's how it was then fair enough. Still fell out with him as he misplaced that header when he first came on. Had him at 25/1 with a fiver on him for next goal.....the two hat
