Yeah it?s been a bad move, their manager was lording him up as the best natural goal scorer he?d seen for a long time, it was good money but it?s gone wrong but to say you hope he rots there is a bit strong, the club were happy with the business.
Didn't have to go, was made club captain weeks before, came out with bollox about firing us into L1. Jumped at 1st opportunity. So yeah, can rot as far as I'm concerned.

    Why was it bollox?
If the Millwall offer hadn?t come in, do you not think he?d be trying to do just that?
I understand the animosity to a point with Crowley but why would anyone deny a player a move to the championship and earning life changing money?
I think it?s taken too personally.

He didn?t admit that did he. He said communication continued - that could have been with the club - who could have kept him updated as they appear to be open and honest with all players and staff.

I would of thought now Macca will be moving, Millwall have had million pound bid accepted by Rangers to buy back striker Zak Lovelace.

I realised many years ago that the only constant at a football club is us, the supporters. Owners, managers, coaches and players come and go but we will never go. I just don't get all this animosity and hatred to anyone who moves on because they got a better offer. A career in football is a relatively short one, and all I ask of those who have the privilege to represent Notts County is that they give 100% effort to the cause and try and leave a positive legacy. Anyone who thinks Macauley Langstaff didn't do exactly that must live on a different planet to me. He gave me some brilliant memories so I wish him all the best for the future.

Agree entirely. I just don't get it that he has only done what the vast majority of supporters would have done.

I wonder if Macca had offers after the NL season but chose to stay with us?
