    Spurs in for Esteve

Link says we want ?30 million and they?ve offered ?20.
I don?t know what others think but I don?t think ?30 is enough never mind the ?20

We really are deluded if we let him go even at the higher figure

I agree army, it would destroy the cohesion of our defence and also show a lack of commitment to return to the prem.

Our "strike force" now consists of Flemming, Foster, and an over the hill Barnes.

Our wide men and playmakers comprise of the always knacked Benson, the lesser spotted Tresor, the lightweight and ineffective Sarmiento, the perennially injured Redmond, the off the boil Koleosho, the unfortunately knacked Ramsey, a new kid released from Ajax, the excellent Jaidon Anthony and the fresh off the aeroplane Marcus Edwards.

Midfield options: Cullen, a playing down his contract Brownhill, here until May Jonjo Shelvey, Laurent and Hannibal.

If we had sold Esteve my season tickets would have gone in the bin.

In the old days you could chuck them in the back of the fire, I'm sure that was much more satisfying, and final, but sadly you can't do that any more.

Better still throw them on the pitch after the last game of the season
