Not the best of news, RM has been part of bringing so many good players & backroom staff to NCFC but.......... been part of is probably the operative word, i have no doubt the Bros have known this outcome for a fair time a nd have already irons that are getting hot in the fire, we trust them to do that.

On another note i have no hard feeling,**** it,yes i do, Swansea, LW and RM can go and **** themselves, i really hope we pass them when we are on the up and they are on the way down, right down. If it wasn't for LW Swansea *********gers would not know that RM existed.

Maybe he hopes to part the Reedtz Sea.

I mean, Liverpool are top of the PL and may win three trophies and still there is no certainty Trent will stay and not leave for Real Madrid.

Bar Real, Barcelona and probably Man City, everyone is under that pressure, relatively speaking.

Would guess they had no choice for the last window, what we do not know is if they gave him full access to info on any more long term targets for the summer window.

Can?t agree, what the bros have done is create an environment where people can thrive and have a clear view of what the club is trying to do. The pros are people do thrive, it?s easier to attract players and staff but the down side their success ultimately gives them further opportunities.
The alternative which we?ve mainly seen the last 30 years is no one wanted our players, managers or staff which lead to a slow death into the national league coupled with a few brushes with going bust.

Perhaps he just wanted a new challenge? After all, he had worked for them for 14 years.
Maybe Swansea didn't head-hunt him but he applied when he knew there was a job going?

All this about the club not being to keep people is nonsense really. They are all human, yes they say they love Notts, but they are also ambitious. The only constant is most of the supporters (some will drop off during lean times).

I don't blame him one bit for wanting to give this a go and think that he has done a good job. He came when we were in freefall and in the NL. He leaves us having signed some great players (they haven't all worked out but that is the nature of the beast), playing good football and on the fringe of L1.

Why are we bothered.. it wasn't so long ago that RM was rubbish at his job and had bought in rubbish players , according to some posters on here.?!.However now he's gone does it mean that Swansea will be purchasing Radar to assist him with his player assessments and recruitments? There shouldn't be a problem with him poaching players that we are currently spying as they should be looking higher up the food chain than us. Lastly is it only a matter of time before Langstaff joins them?
