Exactly (although I don't think you intended that ?). We all know why key people are leaving (apart from the coaching staff that have left).

Can?t agree, what the bros have done is create an environment where people can thrive and have a clear view of what the club is trying to do. The pros are people do thrive, it?s easier to attract players and staff but the down side their success ultimately gives them further opportunities.
The alternative which we?ve mainly seen the last 30 years is no one wanted our players, managers or staff which lead to a slow death into the national league coupled with a few brushes with going bust.
