Williams takes the credit as saying he has gone to Swansea because he has worked with him before.

He might not have been in on the actual interview but I can?t believe they didn?t seek LW opinion on him. So therefore he would have been involved in the recruitment.

Of course he was involved. As soon as his CV dropped on the mat they would have been picking LW's brain about him. I would imagine they also had dealings with RM sorting out LW's move, so they knew of him & he probably made an impression on them at the time even though their wasn't a vacancy

RM has made the biggest mistake of his career linking up with Williams. He can sign as many players as he likes, but if the coach is useless at that level, then there will soon be 2 more in the dole queue..

He is making double/triple his money and let?s be right if it starts going wrong LW won?t be his friend for long as RM as Sporting Director is going to look after number one and recommend he is fired which is now his job.

Everyone knows how the game works if you lose lots of games you?re going to get the sack as manager.

Williams has bought RM in to safe guard his own job. But In the long run Williams will make RM also look useless..

Secondly not sure if you know this but LW isn?t actually the Swansea owner!
