    Apologies for not having read the whole thread but credit where it's due, beyond the general rugby type approach Millwall also played the better football when they were in possession. We got away with one yesterday. Mowbray needs to decide on a style and brand of football and he needs to do it pretty sharpish.

    I understand that TM selects a side according to the strengths and weaknesses of the opposition but too many changes each game do not equate to a settled side where each player understands their job and the jobs of others. Hopefully, he will hit on his best eleven and only tweak things a little where necessary.

    In my opinion, the strongest side should always be selected unless the opposition is considered to be superior to us, then select the players to negate the opposition strength. Albion are as good or better than most teams in the Championship, so I would expect our best players to start almost every match. If, though, the manager hasn’t yet worked out what the best team is, well, you may well see what we are seeing these days!
