It was a shambles in the first half, we were lucky a) Not to go 3 -0 down and b) to have a moment of individual brilliance to go in 1-0 up. The subs were good apart from Foster who again got into good scoring chances and fluffed them. How much time can we give him? Pace must be hoping he'll bang in a couple then sell him at breakeven or a bit less. Brownhill and JJ were good, Sarmiento less so but Benson was magic. It's made my weekend tonight.

Didn't Foster have a hand in the third goal? I think he was the one who dispossessed their defender so we recovered the ball and two passes later scored.

Thing is Chris for all them on fosters back on here you only have to
Look at how much better he was and we were with him in the no9 position, he?s mobile and knows when to make the runs he has pace and can hurt teams , he?s mobile also offers and runs the channels pulling centre backs out of comfortable positions- Fleming ( not criticising) isn?t that player physically I think better but all the above are un natural to him , he needs to play behind the Foster style player.

Lastly foster needs a break and it will come for him a few weeks back haaland couldn?t hit a barn door but he got a goal and his form changed again - foster I honestly believe needs our support and he?ll be fine.

Ballcock I posted that watching I use the word team loosely as we couldn?t pass it,were negative and looked like we hadn?t seen each other before , an individual piece of brilliance for us out of the dodo and we went on to click and settle up to the goal we weren?t even second best - I posted Parker Ffs because bee were doing nothing about the situation

Parker if he has anything about him should have learnt a lot yesterday about who plays and where they play

The record we have could have well and truly gone yesterday inside the first 20 mins we survived and could I believe go on now if he picks the correct team and positions.

Who will he upset though Hannibal - Brownhill - Fleming all s be playing in the hole somethings got to give.

Bloke in the bar was an Owls fan, we both agreed his team would rue their missed chances and so it proved. A pity Parker has not been using the bench so potently before. Go Benny go and what a talent Edwards is. It is 25degrees here and a pint of beer 3 euros. Happy days.

At the time Army posted that he was right, we had been a fecking shambles, if the Wednesday players hadn't been doing their best Lyle Foster in front of goal impressions we'd have been dead and buried before half time.

I think they were copying both Foster and Flemming.Benson showed them all how to do it without getting injured in the process.

Bennies goal was like turning the clock back 2 years, what a belter.

Poor 1st half, although I never felt they were going to score. 2nd half we were excellent and fully deserved our win.

Brownhill should always start and now we have the Lisbon lad, Foster should lead the line. Laurent isn't the answer in midfield he just doesn't do enough with the ball, we need to look at giving Shelvey a start.

It was good to see Wednesday playing such a high press and giving it a proper go, it was good to watch but tactically suicidal.
After the 1st 30, I said that this had a nil nil written all over it as neither side looked capable of scoring but once the 1st went in our victory was never in doubt
