I remember reading the minutes of the first Dee4life board of directors meetings after 1st April 2017 and there was no mention that you had tendered your resignation as a Dee4life Director with the usual thanking you for your work as a Dee4life director.
You never attended a Dee4life board of directors meeting after 1st April 2017 and the first we heard about it when it was listed in their annual accounts that you had you were no longer a Dee4life Director.
I would have never contacted the Dee4life secretary in December 2017 to put my name forward to become an official Dee4life volunteer if you had still been a Dee4life director as I do not like the aggressive nature of your posts on Internet forums where you are right and everyone else?s posts are wrong.

    .
Imagine trying to deflect blame to the extent that you actually blame me for you being a cantankerous old bugger. When I left it was for my own reasons which are absolutely nothing to do with you or anyone else, if I could have continued I would have.

You've surpassed yourself (again) which is truly unbelievable (again).

I know exactly what happened with our visit to Gardyne and the details John Nelms stated in his letter about our visit was a figment of his imagination.
There is a well known saying that the customer is always right except when it comes to Dundee Football Club.
Aberdeen Football Club have a fans experience manager meanwhile John Nelms has no interest in Dundee FC supporters apart from expecting Season ticket holders to renew their season ticket every year irrespective of inflation bursting price increases.
Dundee FC season ticket holders who are not a member of a DSA affiliated Dundee FC supporters club as treated as second class citizens compared to Dundee FC season ticket holders who are members of a DSA affiliated supporters club.
In my opinion this is wrong.
Dundee FC season ticket holders all pay the same price for their season ticket depending on their category and they should all be treated equally by the management of Dundee Football Club when it comes to the purchase of tickets for away games which is not happening at present.
You should never have been anywhere near Gardyne, on behalf of Dee4life. If I was Nelms I would have been fuming, to see one of the clubs biggest critics wandering about our offices etc at Gardyne. I don?t know Nelms, but I would be more inclined to believe his version of events rather than yours.
Guys like yourself, Forbes etc are why D4L are not welcomed by Nelms.

There's the customer's version of what happened, there's the company's version of what happened, and there's the truth which will not be exactly the same as either version, imo.

As I said, he shouldn’t have been wandering around club offices etc. He does nothing bar criticise everything about the Club. He’s been on Facebook today doing the same thing.

If you were the MD of a business, would you allow arguably your biggest critic, and well known trouble maker, access to the your business’s offices etc?
The person that gave him access obviously didn’t know who he was, and how much hassle he has caused in the past.

That is total rubbish and well you know it.
Last week a Dee4life member who was at the Dee4life AGM on Saturday 1st February 2025 told me that the Dee4life Chairman in 2014 was also at the Dee4life AGM and he told the members present that John Nelms would not have anything to do with Dee4life back in 2014.
11 years later nothing has changed.
Nelms is only interested in Yes men who do his bidding and do as they are told.

I was not wandering the club’s offices in Gardyne. My wife and I were given a tour of the offices by a Dundee Football Club member of staff who was a credit to club.

    You are totally correct.
Yesterday evening (Monday) I was having another read of the letter that Nelms sent to the Dee4life board of directors on 7th December 2022 stating that the nomination of the Dee4life primary representative by the Dee4life board of directors was a hostile act which would be dealt with under the rules of the Club’s Articles of Incorporation.
He quoted the lies about the visit my wife and I had to the Club’s offices at Gardyne.
The letter is in the saved box of my iPad.
