Could we afford to pay him ? I?d guess he?d go elsewhere for more money

Suppose if we were lucky enough to go up it could happen, I?m not sure he could play our play around in our 18 yard box stuff either.

Pope now seems injury prone and his distribution is on a par with Traff's but other than that he's still good. If we swap them and get 20m+ in the bank why not? Unless our scouts can find another budding gk.

I have a feeling Muric will be available if we go up.

We certainly don't want him back and I doubt anyother premier league side would want him.

Ipswich will struggle moving him on

If you think Popes distribution is on par with Trafford you need a visit to spec savers.

Trafford is far superior with his feet than Pope, with Trafford hardly putting a foot wrong this season.

I haven't seen Pope play for awhile but I've seen Traff hit a few into touch, pass to a marked player and seen his passes skim past the boots of attacking forwards causing me sharp intakes of breath. What I call "pheww!" moments, cause he's had a few.

Trafford is now going up in the rankings, Pope slipping is down. For me, him coming back is a Big No.
