Walsh had an absolute stinker of a game as the referee. I can accept the odd mistake but my goodness he was truly dreadful and if it wasn?t for VAR we would have been in serious trouble due to his incompetence.

A good option to have at LB if Mackenzie is out for a spell.
Derek MacInnes did Shinnie no favours by turning him into a midfielder.
If he'd stayed a left back, and nothing but a left back, I think he'd have been at least Andy Robertson level.

Our left back position had been cursed since Judas betrayed himself, his family, the supporters, the club, the city of Aberdeen & the North East in general. It was just a two decade long succession of absolute sh1ters.
We finally signed one that was good and McHunnis refused to play him there

I believe it was Shinnie who pushed for the midfield role.

That makes it worse. Our manager was being wildly over paid to make these decisions

Doohan, Shinnie, Dabbagh in for Mitov/Palaversa/Gueye

Glad Nisbet and Dabbagh getting a run together and Gueye wasn’t particularly great at the weekend, Palaversa bit slack too so can understand Shinnie coming in (although personally I’d have dropped one of the wingers).

but Mitov on the bench is disappointing. He did break down last time after coming back so limiting his minutes? Doohan hasn’t done much wrong but Mitov adds much more to our play IMO.
