So you dismiss a lovely, hard-working woman with an experience-based insight as racist, people with your mentality who pull the racist card at the slightest excuse really cause more harm than good. She isn?t suggesting that NHS are prioritising immigrants, nor did I write such, again it?s your trigger-happy response mechanism coming into play

With all due respect, I clearly have no idea whether she’s is a ‘lovely hard-working woman’ or not. How would I?
What you’ve written is that she left the NHS because she felt it to be, and I quote, ‘a business where immigrants tend to immigrants’.
Questioning that sentiment isn’t me being ‘trigger happy’ or playing any ‘racist card’, but perhaps you’d explain how her suggestion isn’t a) rubbish and b) racist.

P.S. If it helps…I obviously haven’t the figures for how many patients are immigrants, but the percentage of the UK population that fits that description is around 16% and apparently around 19% of NHS staff were born elsewhere. You might want to consider that before repeating such ludicrous assertions
