However everything else in my post is fact especially the information about the wages and salaries in the Dundee Football Club annual accounts for the year ending 31st May 2023 being 106% of total income.
I have the information in black and white thanks to an ‘eagle eyed’ Dundee FC supporter noticing that the Dundee Football Club annual accounts for the year ending 31st May 2023 including their full financial accounts were published in error on the Club website on 8th April 2024.
This ‘eagle eyed’ Dundee FC supporter immediately downloaded the annual accounts into word and I was a member of a very select group of Dundee FC supporters who received a copy of these annual accounts.
The total income for the year ending 31st May 2023 when we were playing in the Championship was ?3.2 million. Wages and salaries for the year ending 31st May 2023 was ?3.4 million with the total expenditure being ?6.087 million resulting in an annual loss of ?2.8 million.
The corresponding figures for the year ending 31st 2022 when we were playing in the Premier League was total income ?4.9 million, wages and salaries ?3.6 million, total expenses ?5.9 million resulting in a loss of ?800k.
Unbelievably despite being relegated from the Premier League in 2022 to playing in the Championship the number of Dundee Football Club staff increased from 59 to 68.
Most senior professional football clubs cut costs and the number of staff they employ when they are relegated to a lower league due to lower income but not Dundee Football Club.
You better hope that Tim Keyes is still bankrolling Dundee Football Club Limited otherwise Admin 3 beckons and I doubt if the Dundee FC supporters have the stomach for yet another fundraising campaign to try to exit Administration.
So you’re advocating for people to lose their jobs, pretty much sums you up. I get the feeling you’re hoping DFC goes into admin due to your irrational hatred of Nelms. Please don’t reply with the Gardyne incident again.
