In all honesty VC only Tella would have made a difference to us. Maatsen looks lost at Villa and THB has been dreadful with the Saints. No point in crying over spilled milk.

Maatsen is the better of the three BT - Tella can?t get in the Germans team he?s an impact sub , I think maatsen went to the wrong team that?s all.

I?ve posted before that maatsen has it all and I?d take him back in breath at the minute , he has faults defensively but his pace gets him out of them in the main - however offensively he?s mustard in a team that plays free flowing speedy football.

THB is a very good centre back but I think his initial manager had a VK moment demanding open expansive football and wasn?t going to change for anyone - kind of leaves the defence exposed in the best league in the world.

I watched Bayern slaughter Leverkusen last night and they were crying out for Tella, according to the German media Alonso has fallen out with our man Tella. Bring him back. Maatsen could have signed for us but he chose not to. We need to get CJ Egan Riley signed up or another disaster awaits.
