Nothing will change unless everything changes but who would want to risk buying the club and, if there is someone out there who may consider a purchase, what would they actually get for their money?
The training ground is rented, the stadium may not be part of the package and there are no obvious assets among the current group of players.

Hard to get past all that. But to go again, whilst admitting what we need to do, yet a chairman who states the reverse and doesn’t think the promotions were a success, is in direct conflict. And to trust the older club method (in other words we know warne did it right and evans cannot) to evans seem equally crazy.

You have to set the road from the beginning. It does not mean a new owner, just the current set up to finally admit and come to their senses.
