Second half no complaints you deserved the win on that I thought we looked shot and you got stronger and there was only 1 winner .

Our pitch is the worst it's ever been it always used to be top notch I'm not sure what's happened but it's not helpful for anyone or makes it easy for a free flowing game .

Good luck for the rest of the season

Thought you shot your bolt in the first half with the high intensity press and not much in the tank for the second.
I like the look of your nimble skillful wide left player.

You don?t need to tell me or I suspect any Notts fan that. The particular Carthorse?s performances and 14 goals this season tells everyone what they need to know.

    Well it should do..

Have to bring in a decent keeps whether Slocombe starts or not. He?s been a great servant to the club, no throwing his toys out the pram being made No2 and it sounds like from the interview he?s a positive influence around the club.

It?s league two and some players are not always going to be on top form. Also we have some new young players who are going to take time like Abbott did to get used to the way we play along with the physicality of league two and if they make errors it can affect their confidence. Having experienced players like Didzy on the pitch and around the dressing room will help. There is no doubt it was a big win last night and was much needed and Didzy making his return and a sealing the deal was the lift that everyone needed. Sets us up nicely now for Saturday?s game against Chesterfield at home.

This is where we the fans need to be and can be the 12th man. Let?s get Meadow Lane rocking.
Problem with young inexperienced players is that they are intimidated by the hostility of the home crowd when things go wrong. Too many fairweather supporters and by that I mean they get behind the team when it's going well but get on at them when not. This just increases the pressure during the game and is not helpful.

We are only allowed to bring in an emergency keeper outside the windows if a club has no fit senior goalies

A small upside to Bass getting injured might be that we acknowledge Slocombe isnt very comfortable with the ball at his feet and we do less fannying about with it at the back.

With Didzy back and AJ up front getting it forward earlier could work as we saw last night.
