Slocombe 6 few times he punched when should of caught and should have conceded first half from his error but recovered well.

Macari 6 had the pace in defence we needed facing dobra and did ok, tried to carry the ball forward but gave it away too often.

Platt 6 won every header all game, but gave ball away for their 2nd so no higher than a 6

Bedeau 8 really good, got forward well and his tracking back to stop dobra on the break 2nd half was amazing.

Gordon 4 both goals came down his side ( I think) and put one good cross in all game. He is the only option on the right currently but nowhere near good enough

Palmer 6 does the basics well.

Abbott 7 faded a bit second half but usual effort, never get a bad performance from him. Too good for us.

Tsaroulla 5 did well first 20 but then wasn't involved and don't remember him doing much.

Grant 7 thought he was really good first half, and then when he went off 2nd half we instantly lost the midfield battle. Looks a lot better when didzy plays.

McGoldrick 8/5 first 30 minutes brilliant but then faded badly. Shouldn't of had to play the 90 but when he's fit he's too good still

Jatta 6 did well, missed his 1 on 1 but keeper did very well. Some nice holdup play and never hides. Had no chance with majority of Gordon's terrible crosses.

Whittaker 2 lost the midfield when he came on, and missed a free header from 6 yards in injury time. Doesn't offer anything 99% of the time.

Jarvis 6.5 obviously needs a preseason to hit the gym and get a better understanding of our system, but some tidy runs and a goal.

Was a MOTM announced today, because if it was I missed it.

George Abbott shaded it again for me.
