It would be foolish to send him to a League 1 Club or higher though.

However, he's injured currently isn't he?
Either loan him out or selling him, Millwall would still be on the hook for his wages until his original contract with them is due to end.

Not sure if that would make it better or worse to sell him now or loan him in the hope he gets some form back?

I'm sure he didn't score to many when he played under Maynard and his new style of play...a few penalties but nor as prolific as he was under maynards style...

We tweaked our style and Macca openly stated it didn't suit his game.

As I feared ! So I dont understand this yearning for buying him back. Loved the guy and hope he finds a club that will play to his talents, however that is not us or Millwall. We move on and search for more rough diamonds that will get polished up into the real thing..!

For football romance it would be good to bring Macca home regardless of what league we are in next season, but if we are playing a different style to when he was here previously it might be for the best to keep the memories we have. It would not make sense to bring Macca back if we don't play to his strengths and it meant he would not be as prolific in the box as a result.

It's early days with Traore but hopefully he should be the one next season who slots into the Didzy role and can provide the 1 goal in 2 games Didzy has provided this season, even if Didzy is offered another contract (which he deserves in my opinion) and stays on.

Not sure how we aren?t playing to Maccas game, Jattas scored 20 goals, a lot the sort Macca might would have got plus lots of other chances. He would have snapped your hand off for those chances at the start of his Millwall career as he was being totally starved.

probably not directly related, but McGoldrick wasn't great under LW, and has been outstanding under SM. Makes me wonder how Macca would perform if he did get back.

different players though. No disrespect to Macca, but Jatta is a much more rounded player impacting the game all over the pitch, whereas Macca was basically just a goal machine (not that that's a bad thing!).

If he's injured it must be quite bad as he's not been in their squad for many weeks and he's never mentioned as being injured by Neil who clearly doesn't rate him. I have a mate who's a big Millwall fan he's well disappointed with how he's pretty much failed at Millwall.

Can someone please explain to me what the rankings are based on. I see someone getting a 6 and then described as poor, to me 5.5 would be average so a 6 would be slightly above average. If someone is poor they would be getting somewhere around a 4. I've been to several games where they have been absolute dross, then seen them describes as so but no one gets below a 5.
