    In between my 4th & 5th marriages and a major sale of matrimonial assets I decided to take a sabbatical while I was studying for my Batchelors degree in Social Science and volunteered to work in a Citizens Advice Bureau.

    The "system" is totally broken, people who truly need & deserve help struggle like mad to get it, while towns like Blackburn have exactly half of its population claiming & receiving Universal Credit. The "system" needs sorting out from top to bottom whilst providing a safety net for the most vulnerable.
