... on the other hand, I probably would have given a penalty against Ryan.

The thing that gets me is when a player falls to the ground in the area, and the ref says not a penalty - inferring that the player has simulated a foul - but then takes no further action.

It was good to see the ref go over and yellow card him while he was still on the ground (in a coma) ...
