That?s probably play off gone, can?t see us getting much from the next two games (Sunderland H, Bristol C A)?

TBH - no improvement at all after head coach switch, not that I expected it. The squad is simply not good enough.

0-1. Could see that coming. Had the majority of possession, created (a few) more chances and pretty solid defensively for most of this game but then we give the ball away and Sergeant gets his chance. Should not have lost this game and given the way it was going TM should have got his subs on earlier.

I think Mowbray needs to hold his hands up there and admit he got his substitutions all wrong. He should have substituted Armstrong a lot earlier as he was having another poor game. Whats the point of leaving a striker like Dike on the bench when we needed a bit of height and muscle up front. Definitely 3 points dropped there as Norwich were there for the taking.

Cannot believe that we are still in the play off places. Do not deserve to be, but we are.

TMs selections and tactics are baffling. We are no more on the front foot than under CC. How can the side achieve any rhythm or consistency when so many changes are being made for each game. We will struggle to stay in the play offs and even if we do scrape in, promotion would be a disaster. To be honest, we should be planning for next season in the Championship. Very disappointed after todays display.

We may have effectively thrown points away today but I still think we stand a chance of finishing in the play offs-though our chances of actually getting through them to gain promotion is another thing entirely (ie pretty close to nil!). That said, of course, whilst making it into the Premiership brings the benefit of extra revenue, it is also likely to bring little more than a long season of misery and frustration on the pitch. The gap in quality is simply too big-even for the better Championship teams like Leeds, Sheffield Utd or Burnley.

TM has got us playing more attacking football but we remain far too ponderous and our lack of goals is a clear problem. I was pleasantly surprised by getting Armstrong and Lankshear on loan but both have been underwhelming. I know the former has not really had the service he needs to produce whilst Lankshear hasn't really had the game time but would prefer to see more of Dike who at least has the physicality and can hold the ball up better too. After all, we are likely to rely on him and Maja next season.

We have improved the squad this season with the acquisition of players like Heggem, Styles, Price and Johnston (and, I'd argue, Diakite) but impossible to argue that further improvements don't need to be made. Think we need a further season in the Championship to rebuild tbh, even if we end up losing Fellows.

Before the international break Mowbray stated that there was still too much backwards and sideways passing and we needed to get the ball forward quicker and during the break we would work on it.
Well it looked like the players haven?t listened, the backwards and sideways passing was even worse today, it seems the players have it in their minds that they are superior to the opposition and just need to show them how well we can pass the ball with no thought of any urgency to score a goal, a sloth and his mates move quicker
