Watching extended highlights, I thought we were very poor in attack. No idea really and so its the mediocre system of playing this game is responsible. LB having one or two so called strikers is so backward its unbelievable. He says we need wins and 3 points and we need to spend more time in the opposition's half and then our players camp out in our own half and try and rely on a breakaway when all the balls sent up field are intercepted by the opposition. What IS the point of saying we need 3 points and then have a single Striker up front?

It was easy for Vale in many ways and I think that makes two wins in ten games? That is relegation form full stop. Until this game goes back to having 5 strikers and a 3 man midfield and 2 full backs as it was for 100 years then its a waste of money attending games. I don't even think the players have the ability to play this game despite all the so called coaching and fitness regimes. They have a job of lasting 90 mins and 17 players in the first team squad now? Its a laugh a minute! IMO opinion anyway. Bring back the old days and proper football!

I saw 7 senior coaches watching one game and the team lost heavily! Makes my point I think!

BTW again. Just 3 or 4 posters on all these threads and yet 3000 views?????
