I want Hammy as manager. I want him to succeed and regardless of results in these 8 games- if there is a sign that the team respect him and put more effort in, that's enough to give him the job.

My one doubt and it is only miniscule is that he relies too much on old Millers legends for advice

I think that there are more than one that will but I also know that he will take good advice. If it is that that is offered then he will be fine (:
