Eleven years later things have got a lot worse with Nelms refusing to speak to the Dee4life board of directors.
Maybe Dee4life board should try to find a way forward that did not rely on speaking to John Nelms. There are other directors of DFC. Perhaps communicating with them might be more useful?

I previously told the Dee4life board of directors that they should bypass Nelms and send any correspondence directly to Tim Keyes. Then it would be up to Tim Keyes to decide whether to contact Nelms before replying or not.
At the Dee4life AGM in November 2023, Nelms?s message boy told the meeting that in future the Dee4life board of directors would have to send any correspondence to John Nelms via John Burke the SLO.
This is a waste of time as John Burke has subsequently posted on another forum that he does not speak to John Nelms in his role as the SLO.
