    Bantams

    This is gonna be interesting...
Am hoping that they have got the 2nd place blues, which we seemed to get when we were in that position earlier in the season 🤞
The midweek win should give the players a 'lift', it certainly seems to have put a smile back on LB's face 😊
Hoping for a sneaky 2-1 win, with goals from Jack (L) and Omar ...

I’ll be there and am quietly confident.
My second post in a minute, on a roll!

A Saturday game at 3.00 pm., wow! It's difficult to predict the team but I expect we will revert to a back 5 again. I am hoping for a tremendous win but will predict a 1-1 draw. I can't make it tomorrow but give them a shout from me from all you travellers. Let's keep this thread on subject for everybody's sanity. Up The Alex!

I know we've drawn too many, but let's face it, a point today would be an achievement, just as it was at Meadow Lane. If we manage to take something a lot will depend on whether others lose or draw too. Some from Walsall, Vale, Colchester & Notts are bound to drop points today.

It looks to me like it's more or less four teams for the 7th place, us, Grimsby, Colchester and possibly Chesterfield.

Long, Bogle and Lankester in starting XI ...
... and Thibaut and Hemmings on the bench.

    Oh, and 4 CBs 🙄

Seems like last season's Cooney has returned!
What happened to our defence? Like ghosts!

Well that was extremely poor. Bradford were no great shakes either! Where's this 'fight' that the management are always talking about?
Only Lowery performed to any degree. The rest were playing as if they'd just run a marathon. And what do they practise on the training pitch - certainly not positional sense! The same big spaces all over the pitch and amply illustrated by their opening goal. The scorer was 6 or 7 yards out slap in the middle of the goal and all the defenders were to his right where the ball had just come from.
Cooney was great for 4 months but has now reverted to his clown persona of last season. Their is no justification for playing him instead of Billington. Long also has to go. Okay he scored on Tuesday but his main contribution is giving away unnecessary free kicks. Unfortunately Bogle is on a 2 year contract or I'd have him out as well. Too slow in pace as well as his thinking. I much prefer Hemmings.
So yet another rebuild is necessary for next season. No more old crocks please.

I also hear that a group of away 'fans' were involved in singing about the Bradford fire and smashing seats. Time for real fans to intervene. We all know these people and they readily identify themselves in a kind of uniform. Look out for the branded scarves.
