Just watched the highlights of the Oxford match and there is nothing there to fear, bring them on, we are a better side and we are also their bogey side.
I'm now starting to believe we can win all of our six remaining matches k. c., which given the August fire sale would be quite some achievement.![]()
Still 6 remaining matches and there will be twist and turns has yesterday proved.
Derby won't be easy they are fighting for their lives. QPR is a tough visit and then we have the big one v the Blades, which could decide promotion or even who wins the league
Next up for Leeds is away to an inform Boro. Leeds then have PNE and Stoke at home who I think they will drop points against.
Leeds could be going into next weekends fixture 8 pts behind us if we win our next 2 games and they get beat at Boro
Sheffield United fixture are now looking tough against relegation threatned sides with the only easy fixture for them is that shower down the M65
I think this side is better than the one that went up under Kompany. After the August calamity Parker has done an amazing job, if he gets us promoted it will his greatest achievement in management
If we win the next six games I don't think in the history of Burnley Football Club any season will have panned out better except when the Harry Potts team won the old First Division in 1960.![]()
Don't get carried away guys, after all, Chris Sutton says that we won't be promoted and he is an expert.![]()

Remember the January window when we lamented the Clarets signal failure to land a striker (to provide an option for Lyle) while lavish praise was heaped on the Blades who splashed out 10 million to bring in Tom Cannon to add to their burgeoning strike force of Ben Brereton Diaz, Rhian Brewster, Tyrese Campbell, Kieffer Moore etc? Well the Blades have netted 56 league goals this season that is just one more than the Clarets. They have notched up 26 wins yet have a goal difference of just plus 26. The’ve scraped a lot of games then but their luck ran out at Oxford. Maybe they should have worked harder to keep Ollie McBurnie or then maybe not.
I went to Bramhall Lane when we played them off the park, I cannot see them beating us at Turf Moor.
None of those Blades players you mentioned are any good, especially Cannon, and reading the Blades fans forum Diaz is far from the player they last had on loan.
If we go up we will have to search the world for a striker and hope we get lucky, as you can't get a good Brit for under 40 million at the right age
