So you claim it's OK for the head of a UK political party to be so obviously in the back pocket of the Sun Bed King? Dangerous times mon ami.

More to the point, mein freund, is just whose back pocket does the Sun Bed King occupy? Dangerous times indeed and the UK is just a minnow in the whole situation.

I have relatives in New York and Ottawa who are asking exactly the same question BT and I think the citizens of the USA & Canada have more to worry about on their plates at the moment than we do. Some people will be making enough sums from the stock market crash Trump has engineered and they will be getting rich while others go to the wall. Liberation Day indeed!??

Of course anyone is free to short stocks if they want, but seeing as in most stock markets around 95% of the wealth is owned by the richest 10% of the population, I fail to see how any market sell-off or crash benefits the richest. Elon Musk, for instance, Trump's big buddy, is not a happy bunny at all, it's costing him billions apparently.

For the leader of a British political party, and quite possibly the next PM, to have an amicable relationship with the President of the most powerful economic and military nation on the planet, is a very good thing indeed.

I would have thought that was just stating the bleedin obvious, but not it seems for Leftys. Trump Derangement Syndrome, it's one hell of a powerful tool. I believe Big Pharma are trialling vaccines but without much success.

Farage will never be the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Never. We have all add our fill of charlatans.

Doesn't really matter mon ami, by the time Farage gets to be PM, if he ever does, this country will have the status of a Banana Republic, a bankrupt laughing-stock on the world stage. There'll be nowt left worth salvaging.

Three months on and Sir Nigel of Farage is 7/4 favourite to be our next Prime Minister. Not exactly got your finger on the political pulse mon ami. Never mind, just you listen to me.

I remember Supersub6 once saying the way the Tories are shaping you could put a red rosette on a pig and the eejits would vote for it. I just can't see how Reform will be able to recruit enough potential MP's to win an election. Reform UK are by all accounts falling apart at the seams already. I am now so apathetic about the people running this country I no longer give a flying pfhuck who wins or loses because we will all end up on the losing side with the political class we have on show in this country.
