Isak, Tonali and Bruno looked fine and Joelinton avoided a yellow and so plays against ManU. With Willock and Gordon coming back, we should have a better bench going forward.
All looking rosy for the run in.

    In a word 'Professional'.

We beat them in the first 20 mins. Dead and buried at 0-2. Got the 3rd to put the nail in the coffin and called it a day.

They rallied in the 2nd half but still toothless. For the first time during that match I have PTSD on behalf of Leicester fans. The way they played was awful, clueless, incompetent. It made me think of being Pardew'd or back the Cabbage Ball era.

I was chatting with a buddy during the match and we both agreed how nice it is to not be 'that club' anymore.

To not feel the rage and humiliation, the embarrassment and humiliation of watching 11 players put in a half a$$ed attempt at a performance.

We are in a beautiful situation these days. Whilst we are enjoying it I genuinely believe we are all underestimating just how fortunate we are!

WE ARE WINNERS again for a long time in our history of being a joke, a punchline of a club.

I personally have such a debt of gratitude to the owners, the board for hiring Eddie, The manager himself & the players for their determination and professional attitude they bring to the fight every day on behalf of us fans, the club & the City restoring our pride and dignity in our beloved club.

    HOWAY THE LADS!

WE ARE UNITED, WE ARE NEWCASTLE!
