Interestingly Tim Keyes never speaks about the new stadium development at Campy Nou and if he is as keen on it as Nelmsy.

Bob Hynd told us at a Dee4life board of directors meeting in 2019 where I was a non voting guest that Tim Keyes had tried to sell the 29.7 acres site north of the Kingsway known as Campy Nou shortly after he had purchased it back to the previous owners but they were not interested in buying it back.
No wonder.
Four days after Tim Keyes had purchased the site from Vico Camperdown Limited on 8th July 2016 the Vico Camperdown Limited directors redeemed a standard security held over the site by the Bank of Ireland for ?1.5 million.
The 29.7 acres Campy Nou site had been advertised for sale for. 5 years with no one interested until Nelmsy arrived on the scene.
