    I know from experience that pneumonia is often caused by e.g heart failure so let's hope it is just pneumonia.

    I?m gutted the timing wasn?t right for him to be the England manager.
    Easily the best English manager in the game currently. He also proves the measure of a good manager isn?t how much they rant and rave on the sidelines.

    Talking of ranting and raving managers. My top three would be Steve Evans, Danny Cowley and Karl Robinson. There must be plenty more.
    They all dress it up as passion but to me it borders on cheating.
