Part agree part disagree, agree that he is not a manager he is a coach, don't think we can say he is a bad coach though. I think the problem is that he is too nice and does not have the killer instinct needed to get a team over the line
To give an F1 analogy going back to earlier Red Bull times he has the Mark Webber "nice guy" compared to the Sebastian Vettel "win at all costs" personality. Similar comparisons can be made between LW and SM (also I, the latter has the knowledge but not that edginess that gets you over the line, LW had that extra edge.
